These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stake India platform, operated by Medium Rare N.V., a company licensed under the laws of Curaçao (license number 8048/JAZ). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
Stake India supports deposits and withdrawals primarily via cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others, as well as select fiat methods like UPI for Indian users. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method, starting from equivalents of $5. All deposits are non-refundable except in cases of error. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours, subject to verification. You must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Fees may apply for certain methods, and we reserve the right to withhold funds if bonus terms are violated or if irregular play is suspected. Currency conversions are handled at prevailing rates, and users bear any associated costs.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers are final once placed and confirmed. We offer sports betting with odds that may change; suspended events result in voided bets if not resumed within 48 hours. Liability, Disputes, and Termination
